Position Summary: The Atlanta Falcons Payment Services team assists Season Ticket Members by delivering topnotch service and customizable payment plans. The program provides reps with the necessary tools skills and experiences to build a solid foundation within the professional sports industry.
This is a seasonal parttime role located at Mercedes Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Recover pastdue PSL and Season Ticket payments from clients
  • Identify troubleshoot and resolve unusual/adverse situations and make sound judgement decisions based on available facts
  • Proactively communicate with Season Ticket Members to determine needs and become experts on the products and services offered
  • Manage records within Archtics and CRM ticketing systems
  • Assist various departments on gamedays to develop further insight and skillset within the AMBSE family
Expectations:
  • 60 touchpoints daily
  • 30hour work week ability to work home games
  • Punctuality
  • Meet weekly goals set by management
  • Maintain positive demeanor team spirit and professionalism at all times
  • Attend and contribute at meetings
  • This is an inperson position expected to work at MercedesBenz Stadium
Required Skills:
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to produce timely results with a sense of urgency
  • Use of sound judgement and problemsolving skills
  • Uphold a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Sports Management Sales/Marketing Communication or Business preferred
