Your Mission:
- Account management role underpinned with strong customer service-led values
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Assist customers via a range of channels including email phone online presentations screen-share and in person meetings
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Responsible for keeping customers satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to continually improve service as well as maintain high customer satisfaction
- Regularly update personal knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications attending in person and virtual training and embracing available learning platforms
- Monitor and analyse customers usage of our products
- Processing customer orders
- Add customer value by demonstrating our company principles
- Work in conjunction with key internal departments such as our sales team supply chain and product managers on a daily basis to achieve customer sales and service goals
- Undertaking courageous conversations and managing customer expectations
Qualifications :
What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:
- Minimum of 3 years experience within a customer account management role preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships simultaneously
- Personal drive
- Creativity and innovation
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills and good attention to detail
