In this pivotal role you will be an integral part of our global Change and Adoption team driving the adoption of innovative digital solutions and fostering enhanced stakeholder engagement. Your contributions will help shape the future of our digital landscape and ensure a seamless experience for all users.
We will count on you to:
Identify and champion the adoption of digital solutions actively supporting stakeholder engagement and implementing effective change management strategies
Design and develop userfriendly digital products ensuring seamless experiences through interactive flows sketches storyboards wireframes and prototypes.
Create digital assets and solutions that leverage leadingedge technologies and AI for an optimal colleague experience.
Gather and analyze stakeholder needs to translate them into effective digital solutions facilitating design sessions and visualization activities.
Demonstrate key features for audiences of colleagues
Track and report on project portfolios including monitoring the adoption and usage of technology assets.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in creating engaging content and drafting presentations (academic or corporate).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite particularly PowerPoint and Teams and familiarity with corporate tools like Zoom.
A passion for technology and AI solutions.
Fluency in both Romanian and English.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with crosscountry teams.

Prior Process Mapping or Project Management experience
