Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will deliver expert pharmaceutical care across maternity gynaecology and neonatal directorates (depending on experience). Ensure prescribed medicines are safe costeffective and tailored to individual patient needs. Provide specialist clinical advice to patients and healthcare professionals drive service improvements in medicines management and the broader pharmacy service and support the supply of neonatal parenteral nutrition by conducting accuracy checks on standard parenteral nutrition bags.
