About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief of Staff to serve as a righthand partner to our CEO and executive team at TwelveLabs. The Chief of Staff will drive operational efficiency oversee key initiatives and ensure seamless communication across the organization including Product Engineering Sales and Operations.
This role requires a dynamic leader who can anticipate challenges foster crossfunctional collaboration and execute highimpact projects that align with our companys goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that strategic decisions are implemented effectively helping the organization scale efficiently while maintaining a strong company culture.
In this role you will provide:
Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO and executive team to set strategic priorities and align them across teams. Act as a thought partner in identifying new business opportunities improving processes and resolving complex challenges.
Project Management & : Lead and manage highpriority crossfunctional projects from ideation through ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Operational Excellence: Enhance and streamline business processes driving continuous improvement across departments. Provide operational support by tracking KPIs milestones and deliverables to ensure maximum efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders facilitating clear and transparent communication across teams and departments. Act as a liaison between the CEO and the rest of the organization to ensure alignment and of the companys vision.
ProblemSolving & Decision Support: Anticipate potential obstacles and proactively provide solutions that align with the organizations strategic goals. Analyze data to provide actionable insights that aid decisionmaking.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration driving alignment across different teams. Work closely with the leadership teams from Product Engineering Sales and Operations to ensure that business goals are met effectively and efficiently.
AdHoc Leadership: Take on special projects or initiatives including handling sensitive highstakes situations while supporting the CEO in their executive duties as required.
You may be a good fit if you have:
6 years of experience in strategy consulting product program management or a similar leadership role.
Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
High emotional intelligence and ability to build trusted relationships.
Proficiency in business software including project management tools and data analysis platforms.
