Job Description
What Youll Do
As a Litigation Associate in our Plaintiff Personal Injury group you will:
- Collaborate with partners to represent clients in a variety of personal injury cases.
- Conduct indepth legal research and craft strategic arguments in highstakes cases.
- Draft legal documents and motions attend depositions argue motions and manage client communications.
- Represent clients in court hearings trials and other legal proceedings with opportunities to first and secondseat trials.
- Drive settlement negotiations and effectively manage multiple cases ensuring topnotch client service.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 38 years in plaintiff personal injury litigation. Labor law experience is a plus.
- Skillset: Strong legal research writing and courtroom skills with demonstrated ability in depositions and motion arguments.
- Credentials: JD from an accredited law school admitted to the New Jersey Bar NY or PA admission is a plus).
- Traits: Selfmotivated detailoriented and capable of working both independently and in a team.
