    • Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated A/R Representative II to join our worldclass Accounting team in Canada. As A/R Representative II you will play a vital role in ensuring flawless financial operations and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your proven expertise and contribute to our ambitious mission of making the world healthier cleaner and safer.

      Responsibilities:

      • Updating reports for the collection team
      • Review daily reports to aid in the collection/reconciliation of accounts
      • working along side the Lead A/R team to achieve goals.
      • Responisble for keeping the Email invoice Canad folder up to date.
      • Performing adjustments cancel applies filling in bankruptcy paperwork proof of deliveries and packing slips & statements.
      • Update special terms spreadsheet as required
      • Work well with other departments to resolve customer issues
      • Contact smaller dollar accounts daily regarding payment either by phone or email.
      • Reconcile customer short/ overpayments.

      Requirements:

      • High School Diploma required. Bachelors degree in a business field preferred.
      • Bilingual French & English preferred
      • Demonstrated proven abiliy of experience in collections and/or business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Exceptional communication and problemsolving skills
      • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
      • Able to collaborate effectively with others and work autonomously
      • Proficient in Excel
      • Ability to type efficiently
