Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply yourtechnical expertisein a new cuttingedgerail technology field. Youll report tothe Project PI Managerand work alongsidecollaborative dedicated and proactiveteammates. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our train systems.

Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (e.g. Engineering Manufacturing and Quality Assurance) carry out systematic tests on trains and manage the timely delivery of performance metrics. Youll specifically take care of understanding customer acceptance criteria and ensuring compliance with test procedures but also propose process improvements as necessary.

Well look to you for:

• Effective performance measurement related to Cost of NonQuality and adherence to EHS standards.
• of systematic handovers from Manufacturing to Testing.
• Timely management and documentation of test failures and repairs.
• Collaborative work with Test Engineering Technicians and Industrial Quality teams.
