About:
We are looking for a HVAC Technician is responsible for diagnosing maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. Working closely with Field Supervisors the technician ensures timely and effective service delivery prioritizing customer satisfaction and adherence to safety role requires a hands-on approach strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in the field.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years HVAC experience.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in the field.
- Reliable work history and stable background.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Must own personal hand tools.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations maintenance and warranty repairs on HVAC systems.
- Collaborate closely with Field Supervisors to ensure work meets company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and report any challenges or additional service needs.
- Use and maintain personal hand tools and equipment responsibly.
