Responsibilities
- Provide 1st to 3rd line IT support troubleshooting hardware software and network issues
- Install configure and maintaining a range of IT hardware and software systems
- Assist with the setup of new user accounts permissions and passwords namely within M365
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets ensuring issues are resolved promptly
- Support remote users and ensure they have access to required systems
- Collaborating with the wider IT team to maintain system security and performance
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects and system upgrades

Attributes
- Proven experience in a wideranging IT support role (financial services or MSP experience would be great)
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking
- Familiarity with IT hardware (desktops laptops printers etc.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
