Hale International are partnered with a leading manufacturing organization who are actively looking for a Workday HCM Analyst on a permanent basis to own their Workday system.
Details:
- up to $120000 Bonus
- Flexible hybrid model 2 days a month in Grand Rapids MI
Job Description:
- Workday HRIS Analyst to lead the configuration enhancements and reporting in Workday.
- 3 years Workday experience as a minimum
- Modules: HCM Payroll Absence Benefits
- Experience with Security would be a bonus but not essential.
- Global experience nice to have but not essential
This is a rare opportunity to join a customer that is just about to go live with Workday. You will be responsible for building from the ground up and helping them see the value in Workday as a product. You will have opportunity to review new functionality and partnerships developing their Workday roadmap and potentially growing a team.
