- Demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking creativity selfreliance communication skills and ability to effectively integrate varied components of a system.
- Independently complete analysis development and enhancement of analytical and operational BI solutions to fulfill business needs. Provide expertise in areas to assist fellow team members with analysis and development of solutions fitting enterprise solutions.
- Work independently or as part of a group and balance multiple priorities while consistently completing complex tasks on time in a rigorous goaloriented manner.
- Independently work closely with end users to understand and translate business needs to create welldesigned and validated solutions using business intelligence tools. While overseeing team member designs to ensure alignment with BI strategy.
- Maintain technical currency and certifications in areas of responsibility and communicates effectively with team members and associates at all levels.
- Provides complete and accurate documentation for work based on current documentation
- standards. Coordinates team members to come up with standards and documentation as needed.
- Provides production support for business intelligence solutions. Activities include problem analysis break/fix design/modeling implementation/coding and testing.
- Serve as a SME on initiatives that require business intelligence expertise.
Essential Functions
- Coordinates with clients and peers to enhance system functionality while understanding the possible ramifications to the clients business processes and Information Services. Ensures client requests are properly evaluated and responded to in a timely manner.
- Leads teams of one or more members in accordance with project demands. Ability to recognize individual team member competencies and assign tasks accordingly. Plans work effort of ones self and possibly other project team members.
- Manages training when necessary inclusive of course development and delivery. Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
- Demonstrates knowledge of applications and their integration (interface) with and effect on other systems.
- Provides feedback to management to be used during the evaluation and counseling of team members.
- Leads projects in one or more aspects of the information systems lifecycle (product selection business requirement definition communication implementation issue resolution production support). Develops workplans estimates tasks and properly records time tracking for ones self and possibly other team members.
- Ensures successful completion of assigned projects on schedule within budget and in accordance within System standards.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift objects that weigh up to 35 lbs. This position is subject to highlevel visibility through verbal and written communications with senior hospital management associated project deadlines personnel evaluation and counseling. Must be available for oncall support on a regular basis. Due to project requirements overtime will be required as needed.

Base Pay: $90064.00$135096.00 annually
Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications skills relevant experience and/or training
Premium pay such as shift on call and more based on a teammates job
Incentive pay for select positions
Opportunity for annual increases based on performance
Education Experience and Certifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Business Administration or related field preferred. Formal training in Information systems desktop applications databases software development packages and programming languages preferred.
