About the Role:
As the P&C Systems Technical Lead you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising People & Culture systems at Victoria University. You will oversee system configuration troubleshoot technical issues implement process architecture improvements and ensure seamless integration with various platforms.
Your technical expertise will drive system performance deliver innovative solutions and enhance functionality to align with the Universitys strategic objectives. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors managing compliance system audits and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a fulltime 36.75 hours per week) fixedterm position at HEP 9 $128446 $133636 per annum) 17 employer superannuation. The contract period is currently set to conclude on 12 December 2025 with the possibility of extension.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive technical leader who excels in problemsolving and delivering innovative solutions in fastpaced environments. You will have extensive expertise in HR and payroll systems and a strategic mindset to anticipate plan and respond effectively to business needs.
