We are hiring an experienced cloud native or microservices Architect who is responsible for designing and implementing architectures that deliver highperforming secure and scalable applications. This role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams (engineering product management DevOps etc. to ensure the system aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
Job Duties & Accountabilities:
Design our solution such that it meets performance scalability and security requirements.
Identify potential bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues and use that information to optimize our designs.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies tools and frameworks to build our products.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure and service costs and ensure a costeffective architecture that supports the products growth.
Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment processes continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) and monitoring.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture decisions deployment strategies and technical guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in software architecture with at least 3 years focused on cloud native or microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of the Kubernetes platform.
Proficiency in designing microservices and distributed systems including networking routing load balancing observability configuration in a cloud native architecture
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in software security best practices.
Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (Terraform Ansible).
Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in managing crossfunctional teams and delivering projects on time.
Ability to mentor and guide other engineers.
Assets (optional but beneficial):
You have a Kubernetes certification
Experience with EKS
Experience with designing medical software
Experience with Java/J2EE/Spring
Experience as System or Solution Architect in SAFe
