Job Description

Responsibilities: *Provides direct supervision to the Director of Social Services Director of Security/Operations *Ability to provide leadership and team management to staff *Ability to balance competing priorities and make independent judgments and decision *Ability to work in a professional confidentiality and collaborative capacity sensitive to cultural religious racial disability and gender issues *Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality contract management and program administration regulations *Knowledge of operations management procedures and practices

Salary: $100000 Yr.

* Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences Field with Three years of experience or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W. with at least three years of postMSW supervised experience in mental health diagnosis *Commitment to the mission of H.O.G.A.R. Inc.
