Job Description

Director of Human Resources

This shared position provides Human Resources guidance and expertise for two school districts in central Iowa within close proximity to Des Moines.

Knoxville and Pleasantville Community School Districtsare seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to coordinate for both districts. Responsibilities include policy development employee benefits supervisor support recruiting processes administration of H.R. regulations personnel processes work comp/FMLA/leave administration and other H.R. best practices. Qualifications include:

B.A. in Human Resources or related field or commensurate experience
Certification in Human Resources (PHR SPHR) or AASPA preferred
5 years in Human Resources Management required
