Responsible for overseeing the operational functions and activities of a dynamic multispecialty physician practice. Coordinates and manages varied activities to achieve the medical groups clinical service academic and research goals. Demonstrates a systemwide perspective on new initiatives and programmatic growth while ensuring the highest quality of patient services cost effectiveness and efficient and responsive flow of patients information and materials. Influences the strategic direction of FCCCMG based on the analysis of current operations anticipated needs and innovative approaches to the care delivery model. Drives continuous process improvement while ensuring alignment with the medical groups strategic goals and objectives across enterprise. Partners with senior leadership (e.g. Chief Executive Officer Chief Medical Officer Chief Operating Officer Chairs and Practice Administrators); may have relationships with external partners. Makes recommendations for new initiatives to senior leadership. Direct reporting to CAO Physician Practice.Your Tomorrow is Here!
