Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the proper function of incab hardware and software and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Maintain documentation regarding various incidents projects processes and operations Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
Facilitate effective cooperation between subject matter experts from the business IT staff and vendors as appropriate.
Designing developing and testing systems to meet business requirements.
Perform preventative maintenance including the installation of service packs patches hot fixes.
Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of incab technologies including dashcams ELDs ADAS and mobile device integration.
Knowledge of the following software applications Geotab Lytx OMS Microsoft SQL Service Now.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients stakeholders and vendors.
Occasional travel required in Canada and US.
