Digital Asset Management Intern

Over the course of 11 weeks a select group of college and university students will join us gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbros beloved brands gaining meaningful workexperience through daytoday training handson projects executive exposure individual development planning and mentorship.

The Digital Asset Intern will work within the Digital Asset Management team at Hasbro supporting the endtoend lifecycle of digital assets approved for distribution through the content management system. From early concept artwork to final photography and instore displays learn corporate skills under the team of librarians administrators packaging and creative graphics specialists.

Network with many cross functional teams in design graphics marketing photo studios eCommerce and IT. Were looking for a candidate with strong digital workflow background excellent interpersonal communication intermediate experience with graphic software proficient experience with Excel and exceptional customer service & written communication. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Our intern will be working on archiving projects supporting our DAM team staff working under members with a MLIS degree. Responsibilities include handling asset security curation metadata and tracking to support global teams.

• Asset tracking and communication working on visibility of creative content in our DAM system using a variety of reports databases and internal programs.

• Handle the access and archiving for photography brand writing copy documents videos social media assets and merchandising assets on Hasbros Content Service Portal. Ensures secure release of IPsensitive movierelated and/or licensed assets by adhering to Hasbros Intellectual Property policy and release dates provided by marketing. Assets include product photography renders packaging files copy toolkits logos video and more.

• Provides dynamic and adaptive support while maintaining a high level of asset integrity.

• Ensures accurate content upload and naming conventions applies security settings and release dates to individual assets.

• Ensures asset integrity by conducting periodic audits of assets by brand policy and metadata tags in the content service portal.

Required Skills:

• Digital asset management experience cataloguing database administration or digital library skills preferred!
• Familiarity with standard process for metadata and digital asset management
• Excellent communication/customer service skill
• A focus on supporting partner teams all throughout Hasbro
• Some proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Has a proficient understanding of principles being a Content Steward which is someone with admin permissions to a company intranet site who can upload/download/ distribute restricted and non restricted digital assets.

Required Education:

Must currently be enrolled as a student in an accredited program: Bachelors or Masters of Library Science Graphic Design Art IT or Information Management preferred

Pay Transparency:

Minimum Salary: $28.00

Maxiumum Salary: $32.00
