Salary:(Depending on Experience and Shift Pattern)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Brand New StateoftheArt Facility in Peterborough

The Role
This is a handson role where youll be responsible for restoring diamondcut alloy wheels back to their original factory finish. Youll be operating brandnew CNC lathes in a role that focuses purely on machine operationno stripping or prepping involved. Youll also play a key part in maintaining quality standards and for the right candidate theres potential to train others and progress into a Team Leader position.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC lathes to refurbish diamondcut alloy wheels
Deliver highquality precision work
Follow all company procedures and safety protocols
Train and mentor junior team members as needed
Maintain a clean efficient workspace
What Were Looking For:
Strong CNC Lathe Operating experience is essential
Proven experience refurbishing diamondcut alloy wheels
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Team player with a proactive attitude
