We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager for our international client in the financial services industry. Based in ClujNapoca this role will report directly to the Country Manager and will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new opportunities and selling Business Information Solutions across Northern Romania.

THE JOB
- Presenting promoting and selling specific financial services and products to corporate customers
- Researching consumer needs and identifying solutions
- Generating leads maintaining a sales pipeline and building trusting customer relationships.
- Working with the Country Manager & Sales team to develop the best client solution possible.
- Actively selling/up selling via consultative selling approach.
- Hiring training motivating and advising a team of sales representatives.
- Managing the work of the team of sales representatives
THE PERSON
- University degree in Economics/Finance/Business
- min 7 years of working experience in financial products sales/business Development
- Selfmotivation with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- High energy and selfconfidence
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills in Romanian and English
- Availability to travel in the designated region of North Romania
