These essential functions include but are not limited to the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the hiring department.
1. Utilizes specialized equipment to repair and maintain complex machinery equipment and facility property to prevent further damage and ensure optimal operation.
2. Performs routine and nonroutine facility inspections.
3. Troubleshoots escalates and documents issues according to established policies and procedures.
4. Researches and orders repair parts through the Facilities Management storeroom process.
5. Repairs if possible and makes referrals to trade shops as necessary.
Education: High School or Equivalent
Experience:2 Two Years Experience
