Commercial Lead (m/f/d) Breast Cancer Switzerland
ROLE SUMMARY
- Reporting to the Oncology Lead Switzerland the Commercial Lead Breast Cancer is responsible for leading Sales & Marketing of the Oncology Breast Cancer portfolio to deliver Breakthroughs that change patients lives.
- The Commercial Lead Breast Cancer is driving country performance in the Swiss market by delivering the revenue and IBT targets in country for Breast Cancer with a focus on Ibrance and Tukysa. To successfully deliver on these targets this position is developing and executing an annual and multiyear operating plan contributing to the broader oncology strategy by owning operational and developmental business decisions thus driving innovation in full compliance.
- The Commercial Lead Breast Cancer directly leads a team of 3 customer facing colleagues. Furthermore in this position the Commercial Lead Breast Cancer leads a complex matrix organization consisting of sales focused colleagues in addition to a cross functional team of medical regulatory and access & value amongst others.
- Furthermore this role is actively participating and leading XOncology projects with a One Pfizer mindset to optimize results for Pfizer and Oncology.
- The complexity and scope of this position requires a constant balancing of priorities and adapting to everchanging environments using sound business judgment and decisionmaking.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational and Financial Performance
- Optimize the promotional efforts in the local market to optimize revenue impact
- In collaboration with business finance partners ensure transparent clear and robust financial submissions occur including during Operating Plan and LE processes
- Maximize revenue and IBT performance through rigorous management of budget & costs in alignment with goals
- Manage expenses and investments according to plan goals
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources for the attainment of business goals and objectives
- Monitor performance of the business and implement coursecorrecting actions in agreement with the category lead
- Work with International Commercial Office and XFT teams to provide strategic / brand / operating plans
- Develop understanding of Global Oncology strategies and how they specifically relate to the local market
- Approach business with a ONE Oncology as well as a One Pfizer mindset to optimize results for Pfizer
Strategy
- Drive launch excellence and innovation of the Oncology portfolio within the country to ensure leading and premier launch performance versus benchmark competitors and lead analogues including commercial strategies for fast penetration
- Invest and leverage the business to ensure sustainable contribution to Pfizer
- Identify and exploit market specific opportunities to grow revenue and income
- Evaluate develop and execute new go to market strategies and innovative reimbursement approaches in partnership with Access & Value
External Facing
- Develop and lead integrated cross functional customer facing teams
- Personal ownership of key stakeholder relationships both internal and external
- Drive of customer centric strategies and tactics
