QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proof of high school graduation or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of technology and the ability to stay current in the use of software and programs.
- Possess excellent secretarial and organizational skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competency in CFISD proficiency test (Score 80 or above) and minimum of 50 wpm typing skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform office responsibilities for the assistant director and coordinators for student appraisal.
- Create and maintain group email lists schedules and calendars.
- Utilize computer skills to create spreadsheets forms and other documents
- Perform general office duties (typing filing copying scanning and phone answering).
- Make preparations for meetings and yearly conferences.
- Perform routine word processing including: correspondence
memoranda and presentations. - Maintain personnel files for diagnosticians ARD specialists and speech language pathologists.
- Schedule appointments and interviews.
- Assist with preparation for summer testing.
- Generate yearly testing report.
- Order testing and evaluation materials for the district appraisal staff.
- Maintain a well organized digital filing system.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as requested by the coordinators for student appraisal the assistant director of special education the director of special education and assistant superintendent of educational support bookkeeping/financial records for budget and activity accounts.
