Estates Operations ManagerJob Description:
What youll be doing:
Overall responsibility and management of the functions and performance of the members of staff that make up the Capita FM Team in your region
Managing FM provision with support from third party services providers
Responsible for the effective communication with key stakeholders on site
Contribute to the P&L management and reporting by the Group FM Director
Delivering support in the Capita FM arena for both Projects and BAU
Staff Development
Ensuring the operational delivery of QSM and SLA requirements
Good knowledge of current regulations legislation and compliance requirements applicable to property and all national and industry standards regarding Health and Safety (H&S) and respective risk assessments and safe systems of work
Key decisionmaking rights on Facilities issues arising within their geographical responsibility areas
What were looking for:
A proven track record in facilities management is essential
Ideally experience of working within the NHS or within the public sector
Excellent communication skills
The ability to engage and work with stakeholders at all levels
Experience of managing a team
Excellent time management skills
