Were looking for an Operations Manager who shares our commitment to excellence. Someone who goes the extra mile to ensure their teams and sites set the industry standard.

About the Role

This is a multisite role overseeing security and cleaning services for a wide portfolio of bluechip clients involved in financial services distribution and manufacturing across the Midlands.

Leadership & Service Delivery: Youll ensure high standards in manned security and cleaning services working under SIA Approved Contractor Scheme standards.

Client & Team Management: Youll build strong relationships through site visits client meetings and staff training ensuring seamless operations.


Scheduling & Compliance: Youll oversee rostering (using Timegate) staff motivation performance management and compliance with industry best practices.


Technology & Reporting: Youll have access to cuttingedge systems making reporting payroll and scheduling efficient and transparent.

But above all you will be responsible for ensuring the retention and development of your client base.

What Were Looking For

Management Experience in security and/or cleaning is essential
Frontline SIA Licence (essential).
Exceptional Leadership & Communication Skills to manage diverse teams.
High IT Literacy Youll be supported by the best systems and must be comfortable using them.
Full UK Driving Licence & Own Car Youll work remotely but report to our York HQ at least once a month.

Competitive Salary Starting from 47000 per year.

Unfortunately applicants without an SIA licence and current management experience will not be considered.

Job requirements

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in highpressure situations.

  • Strong attention to detail and must be able to Multi task

  • Must have previous experience in Operational/Contract Management
