The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team at Hitachi Energy as an Operations Manager at our Mt Pleasant PA production facility. This role offers you the chance to lead and optimize the operations of two production facilities driving efficiency and excellence. Youll be at the forefront of implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives ensuring our production processes meet the highest standards of quality and costeffectiveness. How Youll Make an Impact:
- Oversee daytoday operations of two production facilities to ensure efficiency costeffectiveness and quality standards are met.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key production metrics and identify opportunities to optimize output and reduce waste.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the companys goals.
- Manage largescale projects including new product launches equipment upgrades and process improvements.
- Drive operational efficiency to achieve revenue targets and improve cash flow performance.
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming operations team.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background:
- Bachelors degree in Operations Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in operations including senior leadership roles managing multisite operations.
- Proven track record of delivering results in production planning procurement and project management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L budgeting and cash flow.
- Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing supply chain optimization and operational strategy.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
