Student Worker Team Operations Intern
Number of Openings: 1
Purpose/Objective of the Role:
Support the daytoday operations of the Ohio Wesleyan Esports program helping ensure smooth coordination of team activities events and recruitment efforts.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling practices matches and team events
- Help manage team communications (Discord email etc.
- Support recruiting efforts by coordinating with prospective students and campus partners
- Track attendance match results and maintain team records
- Assist with social media planning and basic content coordination
- Provide logistical support for tournaments and game days
Qualifications:
- Interest in esports gaming or team management
- Organized reliable and detailoriented
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Discord and Google Workspace a plus
- Prior OWU involvement or esports experience helpful but not required
