At Hitachi Energy we are investing to establish and develop an Operation Center of Excellence in Madrid Spain (ESOPC) within Grid & Power Quality Solutions business in Europe (HBUEU). Therefore we are seeking highly qualified engineers in the fields of Power Electronics Grid Integration and Research and Development (R&D) to join us in this exciting opportunity.
We leverage our longstanding technology leadership vast integration expertise extensive installed base and global footprint to provide our customers with lifecycle value solutions at the lowest risk. Our customers are in the utility renewables industry transportation data centers and infrastructure sectors.
As part of the Spanish Operation Centre you will be part of a teamsupportingproject including the design manufacturing anddelivery of such technologies all over Europe.
How youll make an impact
Ensuring proper version control of all project related documentation in line with company / project procedures for receipt storage and distribution.
Distribution of all project documentation as per the company / project procedures; to suppliers client and construction sites.
Manage the receipt and control of all project documentation as per the company / project procedures; from suppliers & client.
To set up the document management system & document controls process in conjunction with the project team.
Asist in collation and updating of project document lists.
Prepare & collate H&S Files including Technical manuals (O&M) to relevant project requirements.
To review update and communicate progress to date to line manager on project related activities ensuring key deliverables are completed to relevant standard and to defined deadlines and budget.
Supports colleagues with advice and guidance on documentation control issues. Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Contribute to process enhancements related to document management and applies the document management system efficiently
On a BIM project assume the role of Project Information Manager/BIM Coordinator for all detailed roles and responsibilities see the BIM Manual.
Your background
Minimum qualification of administrative vocational training plus two years of relevant experience
Fluent in English. Any additional languages will be appreciated
Desirable Electricity supply industry experience
A good team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
