Job Description

TO: All Personnel Brockton Public SchoolsFROM: Dr. Kathleen F. Moran Assistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSUBJECT: Financial Analyst Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or related knowledge of spreadsheets including Microsoft of MUNIS thinking skills and the ability to work to assume initiative and to accept responsibility for completion of assignments in an accepted format that is accurate and in a timely to support other staff members in alignment with the goals and objectives of the Office of Financial Services and the School interpersonal skills and communication :Maintain ledgers subledgers supporting spreadsheets and in preparing annual reporting for Local State and Federal the Director of Financial Services on special position control for all staff positions held in the district including all open and new with budget budget balances/ purchasing and accounts payable confidentiality and effective working relationships with employees school staff and city additional workrelated tasks as assigned by the Director of Financial : 12 Month position. Salary according to range established for similar positions.
