Job Description
- Ensure accurate complete and timely financial reporting to all stakeholders.
- Review the financial investment asset reporting data provided by external data providers for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a highintegrity database and ensure data quality.
- Organize and analyze large datasets in response to stakeholder requests.
- Provide technical competence in IFRS FSCA reporting and asset management.
- Support reporting processes to meet service level agreements and group reporting deadlines.
- Interpret and classify new financial instruments in accordance with IFRS.
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain consistency in the application of policies and procedures.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and handle general ledger and reporting requirements.
- Provide credit ratings taxrelated administrative functions and assist with IFRS 10 and fund consolidations.
- Act as a liaison for client queries and work with both internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Financial Services preferably in Asset Management and Life Insurance
- Indepth understanding of financial instruments asset management systems IFRS 7 and IFRS 10
- Strong technical skills in reporting reconciliations and client liaison
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems
