THE ROLE:
To help us lead the future of commercial aircraft modification in Boeing EASA Modifications we are seeking applicants for a Part 21 Electrical/Avionics Engineer (EASA Modifications Hamburg)(Experienced or Lead) (M/F/D) to join our rapidly expanding bestinclass team. We will support you to develop your already substantial skills and encourage you to reach your career goals.
The successful candidate will analyze define and generate the documentation for the certification of complex large aircraft modifications for our global airline partners to demonstrate compliance with relevant regulatory and customer requirements and procedures defined in the companys Design Organization Handbook (DOH).
You will work closely with segment experts Office of Airworthiness and Authorities to ensure guideline understanding design strategy and certification.
This role is based in our BGS EASA Modifications site in Hamburg Germany. Hybrid working options are available. Travel to other sites is expected with occasional international travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will require occasional national and/or international travel to visit teammates customers and subcontractors.

Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD Master3 years related work experience).
Lead (Level 4
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD4 years related work experience Master7 years related work experience).
