Position Description:

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals who have a strong desire to capture and tell visual stories. This internship is an exciting opportunity for aspiring videographers who want to gain handson experience in cinematography. The primary focus of this role is shooting highquality video content and ensure the visual consistency of the YouTube channel. You will be working closely with our creative team to document the beauty of Sicilian life its people and cultural traditions.

This onsite internship will take place in Ragusa Sicily starting in AprilMay 2025 for a duration of 3 to 9 months.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate cameras and capture highquality video footage for various projects including lifestyle documentaries interviews and social media content.

Work onlocation in dynamic environments adapting to different lighting and sound conditions.

Assist in setting up shots lighting and audio equipment.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to execute creative visions.

Organize and manage video files efficiently for future editing.

Contribute to the postproduction process including basic editing color grading and audio balancing if needed.

WHO YOU ARE

A passionate storyteller with an eye for composition movement and detail.

Someone who enjoys being behind the camera more than in front of a computer editing.

A proactive and adaptable individual comfortable working in various outdoor and indoor settings.

A creative thinker eager to experiment with different shooting styles and techniques.

REQUIREMENTS

Basic experience with camera operation framing and composition.

Familiarity with video equipment including DSLRs mirrorless cameras stabilizers and lighting gear.

Knowledge of different shooting techniques and an eagerness to learn more.

Understanding of audio recording fundamentals.

Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and meet deadlines.

A passion for culture storytelling and exploration.

Some knowledge of postproduction is a plus but not required.

Ability to fast paced working environment. Team Spirit. Industry Knowledge Awareness of current trends in video editing and styles. Understanding of platform-specific requirements (e.g., vertical video for TikTok).
