Assistant Store Manager Premium Fashion Retail Kildare
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving all performancerelated targets and KPIs.
Lead by example on the shop floor delivering a premium personalised service to every customer.
Assist in the daytoday running of the store including opening/closing stock control and visual merchandising.
Motivate coach and develop the team to ensure high levels of engagement and performance.
Take ownership of key operational areas ensuring brand standards and compliance are consistently maintained.
Analyse sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
Step up in the absence of the Store Manager taking full responsibility for store performance.
Foster a positive team culture that reflects brand values and encourages customer loyalty.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a fashion or lifestyle retail environment.
Strong customer service focus with a genuine passion for people and style.
Energetic handson and commercially aware with the ability to influence and lead a team.
Confident with store operations including stock processes merchandising and compliance.
An effective communicator with great organisational skills and a positive solutionoriented mindset.
Ambitious driven and eager to grow within a premium retail brand.
