Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: SAP PP Senior Consultant
Location: Portugal
Work Regime: Fulltime & Remote (Portugal based)
Important: The person must be willing to travel to the UK for 1 week a month (more or less) to visit the factory floor.
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a SAP PP Senior Consultant to integrate our client team.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Implement configure and support SAP PP modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning.
- Design and document functional specifications.
- Configure master data related to production planning (material master BOMs routings work centers).
- Perform system testing and integration testing.
- Provide enduser training and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP issues.
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices and new technologies
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5 years of experience.
- Languages: Portuguese and English.
SAP PP:
- Demand Management (forecasting sales and operations planning).
- Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Capacity Planning.
- Production Orders and Process Orders.
- Shop Floor Control.
- Repetitive Manufacturing.
- Variant Configuration (preferred).
- Integration with other modules (MM SD FI/CO QM).
- Experience with planning strategies (MTS MTO).
- Experience with production versions.
- Experience with long term planning.
Master Data:
- Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Routings and Work Centers.
- Material Master (PP views).
Integration:
- Strong understanding of integration between PP and other modules (MM SD QM FI/CO).
Customization:
- Experience with SAP configuration and customization.
Tools & Technologies:
- SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
- Experience with data migration tools.

Mandatory Requirements: 8+ years of professional experience relevant for the role; Vast experience with Vanilla Javascript; Experience with or ; Experience with Azure Cloud is a plus. Experience with New Relic is a Plus. Use state management like Redux or other.
