Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities) Key Qualifications
To prepare requirement doc from business MoM client discussion
To prepare and understand technical and functional document from requirement
To prepare jira/radar stories/subtasks from requirement
To able to tell feasibility of the requirement to the client
To provide the estimate of the tasks/subtasks and validates the same in collaboration with dev team
To perform functional testing of the feature
To be able to run a demo of the feature to client and business before and after golive
To be able to prepare plan for a Sprint
Engage with business stakeholders in order to capture advise on and where appropriate influence business requirements.
Translate Business requirements to technical specification and test cases.
Work closely with engineering teams across multiple timezones to ensure functional and non functional requirements are captured properly
Manage issue backlog with QA cross functional IT and UAT teams
Help and support test reporting
Support the Project Manager to ensure that deliveries are on time and to the required scope and quality.
Responsible for delivery quality in order to ensure that the delivered capability meets the business requirements.
Responsible for delivery timeliness in order to ensure that activities are delivered to the project plan.
Provide regular status reports to the Project Manager and escalate appropriate issues in a timely manner.
Support the team on daytoday activities as required to ensure successful deliveries.
Mandatory Skills *
At least 3year experience on Requirements Elicitation and Project Management using Agile
Desired skills*
Engage with business stakeholders to capture advise on and where appropriate influence business requirements. Translate Business requirements to technical specification and test cases.
