Reporting to the Gaia Global Process Owner your role will be to lead projects related to the consolidation and exposure of non-financial data linked to Gaia 2.0 within the Group.
Your mission will include:
- Defining the ambitions and structure of ESG data governance related to GAIA 2.0
- Leading the action plan to ensure ESG data quality and formalizing the ESG data quality specifications
- Mapping and mastering the data journey within Accors ecosystem ensuring traceability and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Coordinating with the IT department on the prioritization of needs arbitration of developments ensuring proper technical integration of solutions and continuous optimization of the tools functionalities
- Contributing to the integration of new data providers with GAIA 2.0 and professionalizing data collection from hotels
- Contributing to the accessibility and exposure of ESG data linked to GAIA 2.0
- Understanding the Groups and markets technological ecosystem to identify recommend and integrate the most innovative solutions
Qualifications :
With a Masters degree (Bac 5) from an engineering school business school or university you are fluent in English and have:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in IT departments or information systems ideally on topics related to ESG data governance data quality or ESG-related IT tools
- Strong experience in managing complex and international projects (prioritizing requests alert management roadmap structuring)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to Accors organizational culture and specificities especially in regular interaction with IT departments
- An interest in managing complex data to produce meaningful analysis for decision-making support
- An interest in sustainability issues and an understanding of non-financial data and its complexity
Additional Information :
Position based in Issy-Les-Moulineaux (92) with the possibility of working remotely 2 days a week. Meal vouchers volunteer day soft mobility package.
