Our Calgarybased client is seeking skilled Panel Assemblers for a fulltime opportunity with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. Responsibilities:
- Fabricate assemble and install electrical and mechanical components.
- Operate and maintain switchgear equipment.
- Follow the design regulatory codes and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Verify that materials meet specifications before installation.
- Communicate quality concerns with supervisors promptly.
- Keep your workspace organized and tidy.
- Assist with testing inspections and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical assembly and wiring ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Postsecondary education in electrical work is beneficial.
- Comfortable with hand and power tools.
- Experience in wiring and soldering is an advantage.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills.
- A teamoriented individual who works effectively with various departments and clients.
About the position:
- Fulltime hours on a 4day schedule 10hour shifts on a day shift.
- Onsite parking.
