Job Description
Perficut is seeking a highly motivated experienced and operationsfocused professional to join our growing Lincoln NE business as a Site Manager.

Site Description
- Large multiacre campus
- 40 acres of irrigated turf
- Over 100 irrigation zones
- Thousands of square feet of plant material beds
DaytoDay Stuff
- Possesses thorough knowledge of Perficuts Best Practices by leading and performing by its standards
- Coordinates all materials people and equipment required to produce a quality job
- Effectively manages personnel and other resources
- Efficiently prioritizes production tasks to maximize profitability
- Oversees scheduling of jobs to meet deadlines
- Leads training and retention initiatives
- Implements and enforces site specific and Company policies and procedures
- Creates and maintains succession plan
- Other projects as assigned
Characteristics Needed to Succeed
- Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
- 2 or 4year degree in Landscape Horticulture or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Achieves any industry required certification within 90 days of hire
- Professionally represents Perficut with excellent verbal and written communication skills with peers crew members and clients
- Availability to work outside regular business hours as needs dictate
- Flexibility to workplace changes
- Ability to think strategically and provide outside of the box solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software and technology
- Recognizes and recommends opportunities for additional services
- Oversees the accuracy of each crews paperwork including validating hours worked
- Identifies and mentors key staff members for advancement
- Performs snow and ice removal
- Effectively manages snow Crew Members and service providers during snow events and observes appropriate balance for self and team for off the clock rest periods
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to be mobile throughout required work areas
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job the employee will be expected to work outside in all types of weather conditions; conditions include occasional extreme heat exposure due to natural climate. The noise level in the work environment can be loud; vibration levels are moderate.
