Technical assistance providing between vessel and vendor to order correct spares.
Ensure all activities are carried out and comply according to companys regulations.
Identify arrange and follow up on off land items from vessel for repair / service.
Support Superintendents in dry docking and related activities.
Update maintain accuracy and practice good housekeeping of vessel forms plans and drawings.
Upkeep of the DNV ship manager for PMS jobs/spares and inventories. New jobs to be added and spare utilization by vessels to be tracked.
Inventory Management: 3 monthly inventory updates in DNVGL by vessel.
Monthly Report to Management: DNVGL performance report for individual vessel every month.
Weekly and Monthly reports: All reports received from vessel on time.
Vessel Manual update: All manuals and sea trial report for ships to be in the system.
Quarterly CFM checks on EV MRV data: The report to be generated showing no errors and saved in KPI folder.
Weekly Check of eORB synchronization: The report to be generated showing eORB synchronization is fully UpToDate any deficiencies remarked and saved in KPI folder.
Consumption module weekly check if ship staff is doing correctly.
Running hours counters weekly check if ship staff filling up correctly.
Monthly Class status report to store in share point and send to individual vessel
SLOC sheet updating in shared point and checking the values inserted by ship staff are correct if any values go higher need to bring to TSI attention.
Responsible for weekly report checking and reporting if any abnormalities not only filing.
Class status dates excel sheet to be updated after every survey.
Any other duty assigned.

Requirements:
Education Knowledge & Working Experience
Diploma in Marine Engineering or other relevant discipline will be considered.
Certificate of Competency CoC Class 5/4/3 will be advantageous.
Experience of one of the ship manager software system is preferred i.e. DNV Amos PAL Bassnet etc.
12 years of experience required in a Marine Shipmanagement or ownership company.
Meticulous proactive with positive attitude and willing to learn.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fastpaced working environment.
Able to multitask willing to work flexible hours when required.
Attention to details and strong in planning.
Able to work independently and as a team.
