Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage of team of people with a mandate to drive 6.5k applications to comply with CSO IAM policy requirements and controls with an emphasis on riskbased prioritization.
This role requires an experienced leader to support a team driving a large inventory of noncompliant applications to IDP migration and MFA enforcement and then supporting a multiyear transformation of our authentication platform to consolidate under a single strategic identity provider.
Accountable for enumerating analyzing understanding tracking and working with the owners of our highest risk applications ranked by risk.
Funnel all of these through to completion working with our Application Onboarding team.
Emphasis on growing new talent to become experts in this functional area drive our transformation and consolidation to a single strategic IDP solution and support the continued maturation and enforcement of our MFA policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical fields and/or 8 years of relevant work experience
Recent supervisory experience managing a team of 510 people
Advanced degrees preferred background in Cybersecurity preferred
Specific experience with:
Entra ID and other identity providers (IDPs)
IDP onboarding and migration projects
Industry standard IDP integration patterns including SAML and OIDC
Largescale enterprise solution rollout
Education:
Preferred Masters degree in Information Systems Engineering or Cyber Security related fields.
Experience:
Typically requires 810 years experience.
