The Opportunity

As they expand their Canadian team they are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join them and lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering innovative digital solutions that meet real user needs and achieve measurable outcomes. In this role you will be responsible for governance project performance and client engagement ensuring teams are empowered to succeed and that solutions are delivered with excellence.
This is a hybrid position based out of Halifax NS.

- Support strategic growth. Work closely with client and account stakeholders to identify new opportunities and contribute to recruitment and business development initiatives.

- Delivery leadership. Youve successfully led complex digital projects balancing client needs technical quality and commercial success. Youre experienced with forecasting and financial oversight.
