Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of Micro Services Based Architecture
in the application.
2. Drive the implementation of overall Project
3. Highlight any issues/ slippages to higher authorities
4. Ensure that the development and implementation of
the project are in alignment with the overall objectives
of Project
5. Develop and establish suitable program monitoring
framework
6. Oversee the functioning of Technology Partner and
ensure that it is able to suitably meet the
requirements of the State Government during
implementation phase
7. Prioritize and allocate available resources/ work to the
Technology Partner to ensure effective service delivery
within the defined structure
8. Clearly establish performance targets for the vendors
in line with their assigned roles
9. Identify developmental needs of the Project and
ensure that specific need based trainings/discussions
interventions are administered
10. Interact with the Nodal Department Implementation
Agency and Technology Partner
11. Other relevant government bodies to identify their
issues and concerns in matters related to the
integration with the Project and help them
understand and analyze the policy guidelines issued
for the project.
12. Support Department and Technology Partner in
resolving interdepartmental coordination issues
related to technical architectural support inter
dependency standards security support or shared
infrastructure issues etc.
