Job Description

The job of Compliance Specialist is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the administration of the school districts Medicaid in the Public Schools Program and the Arizona Department of Education Program for compliance job reports to the Director of Learning Support.

  • Duties include: Assists Director with monitoring billing accounts and completing onsite daily activities
  • Conducts inservice trainings attends staff meetings workshops etc. as requested
  • Maintains extensive student and employee record files
  • orients personnel regarding various procedures and program requirements
  • Prepares a variety of documents (e.g. invoices financial reports training materials for program activities etc.
  • Processes a variety of documents (e.g. outgoing mail flyers and information packets etc.
  • works collaboratively with the Transportation Department
  • Assists other personnel as may be required.

Experience: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired.

Education: High School deploma or equivalent.

Requirements: Preemployment clerical testing Valid Drivers License & Evidence of Insurability Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance.
