Sales Consultant

Milton Keynes

28k Basic OTE 45K

Thursday to Monday with

1 weekend off in 3

Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant seeking a fresh challenge A prestigious developer in Milton Keynes is embarking on one of their most highprofile schemes featuring 4600 homes spread across approximately 1000 acres. This is a unique chance to be part of a landmark project that will shape the future of the community.

The development is set to go on sale in May/June with a full onsite launch scheduled for October. This role offers the perfect blend of stability and excitement providing an initial MondaytoFriday schedule until October after which it transitions to a ThursdaytoMonday pattern with the added benefit of one weekend off every three weeks.

The role promises a dynamic and engaging work environment with the potential for highvolume international sales. While proficiency in additional languages is advantageous it is not a prerequisite. The focus is on your ability to connect with clients understand their needs and guide them through the purchasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential buyers offering expert advice and guidance on the development.
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to completion.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the development is effectively promoted.
Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a New Homes Sales Consultant.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other salesrelated software.
A proactive and resultsdriven approach.
