Position Overview
Answering phones and warm transferring to appropriate person
Greeting visitors and staff
Sort mail and distribute; arrange couriers
Cheque handling and tracking
Managing central email boxes
Assist with building maintenance/security including health & safety
Maintain inventory of supplies and restock/order as needed
Other duties as assigned within the Technical Support Services department
Position Requirements
Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player ability to adapt to and work cooperatively with various individuals
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Applied Epic is an asset
