Position Purpose:
Director of Supply Chain directs and has overall responsibility for strategy and tactical of labor planning and for THD distribution and fulfillment centers. Oversees consults and is responsible for forecasting staffing needs UPH planning and process improvement across DC platforms. Works closely with crossfunctional business partners in Engineering Automation Workforce Operations Product Management and IT to incorporate goals from strategic productivity projects and system enhancements into staffing projections and production plans. Partners closely with building leaders Senior Directors of Operations and Operational VPs to plan and monitor operational and KPIs and drive action planning to address operational opportunities. Develops longterm strategic roadmap to support development and hardening of automated systemic solutions and tools to streamline labor planning processes and decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 30 Manages team to develop and maintain and utilizes various tools to enable effective development education and direction of staff. Selects develops and motivates assigned staff.
- 30 Develops plans and implements departments goals and objectives; recommends and administers policies and procedures; coordinates departments activities with those of other THD and SC departments.
- 20 Develops and implements sustainable and reliability centered maintenance programs and concepts. Establishes KPIs to measure and validate operational excellence.
- 20 Establishes short and long range capital plans and executes projects in a timely and fiscally responsible manner with utmost customer satisfaction.

- Reports to Senior Director of Distribution Operations
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel 20 to 50 of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight 820 pounds).
Working Conditions:
- Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust fumes or odors temperature extremes loud noise strong drafts or bright lights.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- 10 plus years experience
- Hands on experience in leading significant change management initiatives in large complex organizations
- Experience leading large teams from both a direct reporting and cross functional perspective
- Proven ability to gain alignment of peers and executives across business groups to support initiatives
- Experience in developing or consulting on complex analytical projects
- Experience in supporting distribution center operations
