SALES ADMINISTRATOR (ADMIN & MEDIA INDUSTRY)

CENTURION PRETORIA GAUTENG PROVINCE

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Salary on offer: R12500.00 CTC per month / Starting Date:01 June 2025
  • Work Hours: 08:00 am 17:00 pm (Mon Fri)
  • Matric
  • Minimum of 2 3 years experience as aSales Administrator
  • Admin & Media background(ADVANTAGEOUS)
  • Duties:Answer and transfer calls Update company spreadsheets Manage emails Process Contracts & Production Orders Prepare Presentations (including KMZ files) Briefs and clients liaison Procure stationary for the company Coordinate with thirdparty vendors for stock procurement Courier bookings Travel plans Liaise with thirdparty service providers Update details of clients / campaigns on company system Organize company events prepare client gifts & ad hoc duties as required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel (Advanced) PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Experience onBOSSERP ORSage / Pastel Evolution (ESSENTIAL)
  • Training will be provided on all ERP & company systems
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans(written & verbal)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets
  • Valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements)
  • Own reliable vehicle(ESSENTIAL)

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Answer and transfer calls take messages when needed
  • Update certain company spreadsheets daily / weekly
  • Manage emails with admin for the Sales Team Managers and Director when necessary
  • Process Contracts & Production Orders for the Sales team
  • Prepare Presentations (including KMZ files) for Sales Managers and Representatives as needed
  • Assist Managers with briefs and client liaison during the sales process
  • Procure stationary for the company
  • Coordinate with thirdparty vendors for stock procurement
  • Assist with courier bookings for the company
  • Assist with travel plans for the company when necessary
  • Liaise with thirdparty service providers for IT and Office queries
  • Update details of clients / campaigns on company system
  • Assist in organizing company events and prepare client gifts for the Sales Teams and Management
