Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on self-driven Senior Recruiter who will take full ownership of our end-to-end recruitment process. As the sole recruitment expert in our organization you will be responsible for driving all talent acquisition initiatives to meet our growing staffing needs particularly for our BPO operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a highly independent role and is passionate about building a recruitment framework from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the entire recruitment lifecycle independently from workforce planning to onboarding handover.
  • Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand current and future hiring needs prioritize roles and plan pipelines.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards social media referrals and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct all initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit both technically and culturally.
  • Manage all aspects of candidate experience from scheduling to feedback and offers.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key BPO roles (customer service technical support sales and leadership positions).
  • Handle all recruitment administration including job postings ATS management reports and documentation.
  • Develop and continuously improve recruitment processes metrics and strategies to ensure effective and timely hiring.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruitment with a strong background in BPO volume and support hiring.
  • Highly independent proactive and resourceful able to manage the entire recruitment function without a team.
  • In-depth understanding of the BPO landscape role requirements and compensation trends.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions and priorities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment systems tools and social media sourcing.
  • Amenable to work onsite.
  • Flexible to work in mid-shift/night shift.


Highschool or College Level At least 1 year of experience in customer service or BPO industry Good communication, and interpersonal skill. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. Customer-oriented, results-driven, and problem-solving attitude

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
