Engineering Manager
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead 12 teams of highly skilled software engineers working within the Performance Product Area in Noida.

At SimCorp we support some of the largest financial institutions in the world to be successful by simplifying their investments accounting and operations.
Performance is a product area within SimCorps Product Division which delivers functionality that enables clients to assess the effectiveness of their investment strategies.
This is an opportunity to be part of a technology transformation that supports our new investment analytics service solution as well as improving existing products.
The Performance product area consists of 6 teams 58 software engineers in each team) spread across multiple geographical locations. We are now seeking an Engineering Manager for 12 teams in India.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Manager for 12 teams of Software Engineers within the Performance Product Area with responsibility for staffing and team development
Working closely with Product Management to understand and refine the customer outcomes that you and your teams are responsible for delivering.
Leading the daytoday work of the scrum teams and have responsibility for both the shortterm business deliverables and the longterm improvements
Collaborating with other engineering leaders on improvements within the product area such as product quality security delivery system performance etc...
Providing input to the strategic direction of the product area.
As an Engineering Manager you will be a part of a team of 34 Engineering Managers and report to the Director of Engineering.

You have a good understanding of core engineering practices such as testing methodologies coding CI/CD security and architecture and you can comprehend the work your teams do on a daily basis
